Sparkler Send-off Alternatives

Debating on a sparkler send-off? One of the most time-honored wedding traditions is the grand exit, the moment that wedding guests commemorate the departure of the wedding couple from their reception as newlyweds. The ancient Romans tossed rice, a symbol of prosperity and fertility, at newlyweds. In modern times, rice is still common send-off fodder, along with loved ones brandishing lit sparklers on either side of a couple’s exit path. Unfortunately, this is a fire hazard and many venues have banned it. But fear not; there are plenty of other ways to send off your favorite newly-lawfully-wedded duo in style.
